Polysomnography (PSG) Management Program

NBN Respiratory provides a Polysomnography (PSG) home sleep Management Program. The program includes initial diagnostic studies, treatment implementations using APAP and CPAP (automatic adjusting and continuous positive airway pressure), and follow up to measure compliance of patients.

NBN At-Home Diagnostic allows patients to undergo testing for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in the comfort and privacy of their own home. NBN Respiratory delivers directly to the patient for unattended, self-administered use.

NBN uses the Respironics Stardust II Recorder which consists of a small recorder and three small, comfortable sensors, which are easily applied by the patient before going to sleep, following simple instructions and voice prompts. The system including respiratory events (apneas and hypopneas), snoring intensity, blood oxygen saturation, pulse rate and respiratory effort.
